Lifetime Limited Warranty

nexzumo luggage carries a lifetime limited warranty from purchase; bags and accessories carry a one-year limited warranty.

Eligibility and cover

Coverage applies to new products purchased in the United States through nexzumo.com or authorized sellers, for the original buyer or original gift recipient. It is non-transferable; secondhand and unauthorized purchases are excluded.

We cover manufacturing defects and functional failure during normal use, including shell structure, telescoping handles, carrying handles, wheels, locks, zippers and other operating parts. Covered repairs, replacement parts or an equivalent replacement when repair is impractical are free.

Exclusions

Misuse, overloading, accidents, extreme impacts, natural disasters, airline or other third-party handling, loss, theft, cosmetic scratches, ordinary wear and unauthorized alterations or repairs are excluded.

Requesting service

Email help@nexzumo.com with the purchase date, order number, model, issue description and photos. Supply a receipt or confirmation; gift recipients can provide information to help verify the original purchase. We will assess coverage and explain repair, parts or replacement arrangements. Non-covered service costs require your agreement before proceeding.

This warranty does not reduce applicable statutory rights.
